My journey to becoming YOUR High Vibes Guide & Reiki Master has CERTAINLY been an interesting one!
I came from a very religious family and science-based career. To think about ENERGY and its effects on the living things around you, to be honest, seemed very woo-woo. How about crystals being SO helpful besides being just pretty? My "old self" would have thought yeah ok as I inwardly rolled my eyes.
The evidence and synchronicities are all around us... it's all about tapping into it. Calibrating to how it is that you want to feel each day, each hour and each moment.
I am so happy to say that this past June my hubby and I celebrated our 26th Wedding Anniversary💖It certainly is nice to be with your best friend on this journey and grateful he has continued to put up with me on this journey! 😍
I am a solopreneur & a proud momma of two teenage young "men", as well as mom of 5 furry babies and a bunch with feathers. I love growing up in Southern New Jersey, USA... YEP! I'm a "Jersey Girl"
Before retiring from Veterinary Medicine in 2020, I was a Certified Graduate Veterinary Technician for 26 years and was known to take my work home with me 😻🐶
I was blessed to be the Office Manager & Head Technician at a lovely beach town, "mom & pop" Veterinary Office. The owner would go to his winter home in California for half the year with me being the one in charge of booking the Dr.'s to replace him when gone. I ALWAYS did my best to keep things high vibe there for our patients, clients & staff. Many Veterinarians had mentioned how much they enjoyed working there. One Dr. even went as far to say that she wished "every animal hospital had a high vibes Jenna". 😊
I have not always been so upbeat... in fact I can't believe that it was well over a decade ago that I was so depressed, anxious and was even having panic attacks. In fact, when my family was going through some EXTREMELY challenging times, I found myself so close to a nervous breakdown. I knew with my husband traveling for work and my kids having been young that I couldn't just take a pill and veg out on the sofa like I wanted to do.
I felt so broken and didn't want to be that way around the boys. I knew that I needed to find a way to begin healing myself so I could then be that light in my home. I didn't know how that was going to happen OR what that would look like. I decided then and there that I was going to "reconstruct" myself in a way that was more congruent to who I was, not who people told me to be.
I have ALWAYS been into self "improvement/development" and decided to take it to a new level. I hoped and then began to see evidence that by raising MY VIBRATION that I could then radiate that higher energy to those I was around, helping them on their healing journey.
This opened my awareness up about ENERGY.
Just like when you walk into that room that had just had an argument in it. you can FEEL that in the air.
Having looked back on it... the energy in our house was so heavy that the fish kept dying (we had kept some of the same fish alive for over 5-8 years prior!), the house plants were ALL dying and our 2-year-old dog started to go grey to just name a few of the things I recognized.
CRAZY, right?
Nature has been so healing for my family and I and It is through the wonders of technology (Zoom) that I get to bring this uplifting and healing nature to you, my clients- wherever you may be in the world! It is so wonderful to be out in the "field office" with clients during their sessions - weather permitting.
Clients have enjoyed chilling out in nature with me and loving the lasting effects they see in themselves and radiating that into their lives afterwards! I have been blessed to share this space with so many around the globe ever since 2017 when I graduated as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and also finished my Reiki Master training.
