I'm Jenna Partridge, a Holistic Stress Reduction Guide & Reiki Master. Over this past decade I have helped clients release stress and reconnect with their energy, all from the comfort of home.
I often ask my clients one simple question: are you your own best cheerleader or your worst critic?
They’re often surprised when they really stop to think about it, realizing how much of their inner dialogue shapes the way they show up in life and business.
I am super grateful to have been married to my best friend since the '90s, I'm a mom of two grown sons, a caregiver, and a homesteader at heart, so I know firsthand what it's like to juggle every role while trying to grow a business.
I won't pretend it's always been easy. I've had my own hard seasons, and figuring out how to move through them — without losing myself — is part of what led me to Reiki in the first place. So when I say you don't have to have it all together to belong here, I mean it!
When my youngest son left for the Marines right after high school, I realized just how important it was to protect my energy. Between the chatter outside and the chatter inside my head, I knew I had to stay focused on where I actually wanted to go both in my business and beyond the noise of everyday life.
That's what led me to create Rising Above It: a community where entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals can grow their business, wellbeing, and visibility side by side in a culture of support & camaraderie, where competition is left at the door.

1. What is the Rising Above It Membership?
Rising Above It is a high-vibe business growth and wellbeing community for entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who want to grow their business, protect their energy, and rise above the noise of everyday life. All gatherings are hosted on Zoom in Eastern Time, with our monthly distance Reiki held at 3 PM Eastern on the first Sunday of every month (which is 8 PM UK, 12 PM Pacific, and 7 AM Monday in New Zealand but be sure to check the proper time in your corner of the world).
Replays are available in the Learning section, usually within 24 hours. Over the past decade, through my work with clients, I've observed that many experience the recordings to be just as meaningful as joining live, allowing them to receive the benefits even when they couldn't attend the Zoom session.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps you release stress, restore balance, and realign with your highest self. It soothes your nervous system and feels like the most fabulous meditation, without you having to put in the effort. You simply relax, focus on your breath, and stay open to receiving insights and inspiration.
2. How much does it cost to join?
Membership is $50 per month or $555 per year. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime, or choose the annual option to save $45 while staying committed to your journey for the year ahead. Annual memberships renew each year, and you can cancel before your renewal if you decide not to continue. Just imagine the connections, breakthroughs, and celebrations waiting for you over that year!

4. What’s included each month?
You’ll enjoy a live group distance Reiki session on the first Sunday of every month at 3 PM Eastern Time (8 PM UK, 12 PM Pacific, and 7 AM Monday in New Zealand), hosted on Zoom. Each session begins with a guided meditation to help you set your intention for the month ahead. If any schedule changes occur, they’ll be noted in the community ahead of time.
All Reiki sessions are recorded, and replays are uploaded into the Learning section of your community so you can revisit the session whenever you need a boost. 5. What’s the refund policy?
All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to digital content and community spaces, refunds aren’t available. We recommend starting with the monthly membership if you'd like to experience the magic before choosing an annual or Lifetime Founding Membership. 6. How do I access everything once I join?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive your welcome email with your login details and a direct link to the community. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam, junk or quarantine folder. From there, you'll have everything you need to get started, including the Learning section for replays, Zoom links for live sessions, and opportunities to connect with other members through posts, collaborations, and spotlights.
